Selena Gomez has congratulated new parents Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wents for their baby boy. "They're going to have the cutest punk rock kid ever!" Selena said about Bronx Mowgli, who was born on November 20. She adds, "He's going to be so well dressed." In other news, Selena will appear on Thanksgiving night on a TV special tribute to honor the 10 nominees at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute.
