Selena Gomez tops Teen Vogue's Best Dressed 2009 list. The WOWP was priced for her fashion style, beating teen rival Miley Cyrus, who ended at # 18. Country star Taylor Swift came fourth, The City's Olivia Palermo landed the #9 spot and Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester came in at #11. Miss Gomez showed off her exquisite style, wearing a Marchesa fuchsia-colored gown at the the Unicef Ball on Thursday (Dec. 10).
